HOW TO MEDITATE

Meditating is the easiest ways to go into an altered state of consciousness. Our ancestors have been using this simple technique for thousands of years. This altered state of being has allowed them to create great civilizations that our current one could only hope to duplicate. Why is that? Because the mind is the seat of all reality. What you think you become. Reality is only a projection inside your mind. If you want to change your reality you must change your mind. If you want to find love, a job, peace the process starts in consciousness.

Consciousness simply means knowing! First, know you want to change and implement the steps of change and it will take form and become reality. Before you learn to meditate you must first learn to breathe!
 Just doing these simple breathing techniques will allow you to disconnect from the external world.
  • Inhale to the count of two
  • Exhale to the count of two
  • Inhale to the count of two
  • Exhale to the count of three
  • Inhale to the count of two
  • Exhale to the count of four
  • Inhale to the count of two
  • Exhale to the count of five
Practice breathing every day for a week before you try the magical words. Before you know it you will soon realize just breathing can change your state of mind. This is why before any big event people say, "JUST TAKE A DEEP BREATH."

Learning how to breathe is the first step you must take in self-mastering. In the Egyptian mystery schools, self-mastering was the key to elevation! For this guide to work, you must focus on self-mastery.

Now that you have learned how to breathe you need to learn to meditate. Meditation is focusing one's attention inward. That's it, FOCUS!! For this meditation, we will focus on our breathing.

Okay here are the steps:
Find a quiet place

Either sit or lay down (laying down is more relaxing)

Close your eyes and focus your attention between the eyebrows

Start the breathing techniques that you learned earlier

Allow the thoughts to flow in and out, don't try to block them

Ignore your ego it will tell you it's not working

After about 10 minutes you will not feel any external stimulation. The outside world will disappear and the conscious will be ready for any suggestions. In the next section, we will implement the Magical Words of Change.
